When I was dating certain kinds of men that felt normal for them to do. Now in this relationship where my boyfriend only cares to clock in/out and keeps it super professional with his coworkers, I wouldn’t say it’s normal. In fact if we were ever to breakup and I had a boyfriend do it again I’d think it’s not that cool because why does he need to have deep, personal conversations with a coworker and not just the bare minimum 🙄.

No, my private life stays as private as possible. Obviously, some things do get discussed along the way, but nothing that personal.

Its common yes. Your working with the same people day in and day out. So to make small talk you tend to ask and share a lot of questions and information. I had coworkers ask questions more on a personal level and some just share whatever is happening in their lives.
