Are my standards to high?

So my standards for courting a Man are rather picky I suppose but are my standards to high

1. Wants farm life

2. is not vegan or lactose intolerant ( not because I have anything against those people but I know how much of my cooking involves that stuff)

3. Isn't allergic to nuts ( again nothing against it but I also don't want to hurt anyone and I eat nuts along with some of my animals)

4. dosent scream when angry or start breaking shit.

5. is not abusive to me or the animals

6. Finished highschool ( believe it or not I did finish highschool)

7. wants to spend time with me not just for sex

8. has a job ( don't have to be a great job just a job if I'm working my ass off you should be I'm not going to work All day and come home to man who hasn't done anything if I work you work and vice versa)

9 can tolerate my chattering especially when I'm nervous.

10. Doesn't cheat

Not necessary but bonus points if he

Well, nothing wrong with having high standards but yes while this ensures that most unworthy men are filtered out but on the flip side it is also possible you may never get a man who will perfectly meet all your standards so that means you will remain single for a long time if not forever, so also be prepared for that.

In fact in my opinion, it is better to have high standards than to be just open minded and accepting about everything.

Now of course if you live in a big city it goes from simple ask to incredibly rare. But this is just a location issue, not an issue of standards.

All the same. Standards are fine, low even, but you need to look in the right areas or you will be hoping for that figurative nail in a haystack.

I don’t date guys lol ’ so I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing that , I guess I can only speak on my behalf, so you sound like a girl I could date , cuz I don’t think your preferences are that extreme , and I like most of your preferences as well, very similar to mine. So it’s good to be with someone that has a lot of similar interests so you both don’t get bored of each other and butt heads constantly. But for any relationship to work both people have to choose each other and prioritize each other , and understand you can’t always be right and they are wrong , Selfishness is one of the biggest relationship killers , if someone can’t remove selfishness for you , then you more than likely won’t remove it for them. So based off of my experiences and things I have witnessed , selfishness is usually what kills relationships, people shouldn’t be getting into a relationship period if they can’t remove selfishness for their partner , we don’t enter rely to be single , if you do? Then don’t get into a relationship period lol Just stay single

Fuck you try finding someone who meets those standards the closest I found is my 75 year old coworker who talks to me about history he was in the military and loves to startle me but I love listening to his stories or trivia about history.
