I voted Single Women. Here's my reasoning...

A Single person doesn't have much experience with relationships, and their advice may not be that good. Men are normally quiet unless specifically asked, while Women, being more talkative than men, tend to offer advice even when not asked.

Married Men and Women have the benefit of being experienced in relationships.

Divorced Men and Women have the benefit of being experienced in relationships, including what works and what doesn't.

Because married men have a diluted outlook biased by the easy communication in place with their wives

And single women keep women single.
Never met a single woman who’s willing to put another couple’s needs ahead of her selfish desire for partnership

Divorced folks are usually a little jaded by the whole thing.
They might give good advice but it’s hit or miss

In my experience, besides my bestie who gives awesome advice usually, single women usually give the worst advice. Just look at the movie He's just not that into you. That movie is so relatable to my experience with guys in college. My girlfriends would tell me he likes you even though he really didn't. They would say just keep trying when I should have just moved on. Now that I'm older, I know who to turn to and that's not single women besides my bestie.

I don’t ask for advice based on a persons demographic , I asked based on their life experience , intellect , and capacity to understand the circumstances I’m in , and finally know me well enough to offer practical advice that could fit my requirement.

Just because a person is presently single , unmarried , or divorced doesn’t mean that the above isn’t true or that they haven’t amassed particular insure from their experiences thus far in life.
