Why do many people complicate themselves with a boyfriend/girlfriend (and no kids) if they can always dump them?

Here are some examples I've read and honestly it puzzles me:

''Oh my boyfriend doesn't say he loves me anymore, we're having arguments, what should I do''?

''Oh I can't stand my girlfriend anymore and she's living in my house, what can I do''?

''My boyfriend/girlfriend cheated on me again, what should I do''?

''I found out he/she is still in love with their ex, I'm just a rebound, what should I do''?

In all those examples there are no children so that makes a break-up so easy. Beyond just romantic feeling, there is absolutely nothing bonding you with them at all, nothing. They aren't even your family. You guys are just in the dating stage and they can be dumped any moment, any time. So why even complicate yourself. The answer to those question is easy: dump them.

If they were having those issues with children involved or if they're married for years, it would be different, with bigger consequences than just hurt feelings and the lost of a romantic dating life.
