As for the broke man it would depend why he is broke, I would not be with someone who lacks ambition either but there are a lot of reasons you can be broke (for example if you are struggling to start a business or you are early in your career or if you are in grad school) so that is not an automatic no. No he is not a rare exception either that is you relying on your indoctrination to give you the answer to excuse your decisions. I never cheated once in either of the two relationships I had though I had plenty of reason to suspect I was cheated on in the first one and for certain was cheated on several times in the second one hints the second relationship at age 20/21 would be my last relationship now 39 years ago as of August of this year.

No I did not she was the only one I saw could see wanted to see she was it even though all the while I was being told by her friends or other girls she knew that she was the life of the party at so and so's party and having my own friends giving me the same story as her friends did they saw her at such and such's party too life of their party too. I didn't want to believe it even though her own friends the girls were telling me that I felt they were trying to make a move I refused to believe it I didn't want to believe it not until she outright proved it to me by getting between the sheets with a then friend of mine him calling to confess to it and then there were the others one's too. Her mom and her aunt were advising her the entire time I was seeing her to go for other guys those guys had money or their dad's did more or less one's dad owned a car lot etc etc.

When the friend called up to confess what they done I broke up with her that day 39 years ago. And taking everything into account females and materialism I pretty well knew at that age 20/21 I would never get married and she was the last girlfriend there hasn't been any since.
