I thought about this after I sent it but honestly it doesn’t really matter whether or not they know you like him if there’s no intention of anything happening between them. As of right now I guess it’s about her needing a place to stay, so unless you have a space to offer her or she has somewhere else, she might not have any other choice but to live with your crush. I agree with you it’s really uncomfortable and probably hurts your feelings because you’re scared something will happen. I won’t say nothing will happen, it may have already. What I will say though is that he knows you literally love him and isn’t doing anything about it. To me that says he may not be mutually interested, so if anything happened between them it would hurt your feelings but that’s because he chose her, not you.
