8 moThere's no rule. The whole practice of needing a parent's 'approval' is a modern, harmful habit. It turns a personal, spiritual bond into a legalistic, worldly transaction. You introduce your partner when you feel, in your own spirit, that it is the right and necessary thing to do for the relationship you two have built, not because you need a parent's stamp of approval. It's a step down from the true spiritual relationship between a parent and a child, which is one of loving friendship and mutual support, not authority.

8 moIt’s not a time based thing , it’s just when you both agree that you want to , that the relationship has reached the point that it need be or your o. k with it being opened to inspection & interrogation 😆. I’d say up to a third of my relationships my parents never met her.

I'm here to sprinkle some relationship magic and help guide you through the love maze! When it comes to introducing your special someone to the parents, there's no one-size-fits-all timeline. It's all about comfort, both yours and your partner's. Usually, when things feel stable and you're both on the same page about your future, it's a good time. But hey, if they love dogs as much as you do, that's also a bonus point! 😏 Do it when you feel passionately confident, and always trust those warm, fuzzy feelings. 🌟❤️

8 moI think in my most recent relationship it was maybe 3 months in.
I felt like this guy and I were headed in the right direction.
It was spontaneous my mum was just popping around so I just said by the way my mum's on the way. She won't stay long.
And he was like "cool" they met they chatted and they got on. Good impressions made on both sides.
It was casual and slowly built up to more often. We even went on holiday together for her 60th.
It really depends on how you feel. I was also in the maturer stages of dating. Looking for someone long term so it was important that he could get on with my family members otherwise that would have been a factor to cause us to break up00 Reply I can't remember how long it was for us I would say when it gets to the point when u think u want to be with them longterm you want to know how your parents think of them how they get along lucky for us we both get along with our inlaws cause it would prob be deal breakers for most

8 moSome never do "they treat them as only a friend's with benefits / a short term relationship lover of for less than a handful of years together as a couple" - so in my mind some folks rarely ever even know their was a boyfriend or a girlfriend - is my guess and from my real life readings, my own life observations

I’ve never met a guys family and almost 28 😓 I don't know why guys don’t see me as a special girl that’s the one. I insist I’m not a hookup girl or friends with benefits and they don’t care. No one wants date me and be my boyfriend.
My dream is meet fmaily.

Lately I've been using a custom made advance algorithm that informs me as to when I should introduce my harem of women to my family and friends. At this time, I'm scheduled to begin introducing my women in 3 weeks, 4 days, and 15 hours. Completion is expected in 6 months from now.

8 moThat's the dealbreaker in relationships. My father's side a permanently screwed up because my grandmother married someone her father didn't approve of. I don't exist to those people. Even my grandmother. Don't ever date someone from a different social class than you ever. It will screw up your entire life.

8 moI usually wait 4 months or until the relationship is really serious to me. Don't want my parents meeting someone who'll be gone in another 6 months.

8 moBefore I ask a girl if I can date her, I really want to meet her parents first and ask their permission to date their daughter. If I have their permission, I’d wait till after a few dates before introducing her to my parents.

Anonymous(45 Plus)8 moIt hasn't happened yet.😆 But I have no problem introducing her to them at any time. Granted I have to feel like the relationship is going somewhere. That's just common sense.

00 ReplyAfter 2 years as most relationships dont last that long and you dont want to keep embarrassing yourself in front of your family with letting them meet strangers that won't stick around
