Me ans my boyfriend have been on and off for the past 2 years but we got in to serious relationship 6 months ago

2 years ago we dated for 3 months we made out and stuff but we never had sex I never got a room with him we broke up then got back together this time we took the relationship seriously but I still didn't want to have sex about 2 months in the relationship sex become daily conversation he always asks me to have sex I told him I was not ready ( ps he is my first everything) he kept telling me he doesn't want Me for sex but he doesn't think I love him enough then he agreed on not having sex but that we should get a room so we could spend time and only make out I agreed we got a room made out tried to have sex with me i said no He did try but he couldn't get it in (sry for my words) after then he acted like we didn't have sex because he kept his promise even tho it was because he couldn't

2nd Time we got a room again it's months apart and it's always after a long nagging and fight again that time we made out he tried but couldn't even tho I said no multiple times
