1. Communication. They're either afraid to tell the person how they are feeling. Afraid they will not be heard and dismissed or they've told them a million and on times. Which is still not being heard and dismissed. Communication is key. Even if you're afraid of their reaction it's better to just talk it out.

2. You can be in a relationship and he ignored. Maybe not even be ignored. You're just roommates. You can both be workaholics and pass each other like 2 ships in the night. Women need that emotional aspect in a relationship.

My man works a lot. I hardly see him. He's got a lot of stuff going on in his life. Do I wish I got to have him more? Of course. Do I miss him more than life itself? Absolutely. He'll, do I wish I had his undivided attention just for one day? Of course. But I'm not going to jump on another guy's dick. Get 5 mins of happiness and live with a lifetime of regret. Love and relationships aren't easy. Every day you have to choose them and everyday you have to work on it. Rome wasn't built in a day. But I love that man with my whole heart. He's branded my soul with his name.

Many reasons.

For Females, it is all about an 'Emotional Connection'. If they aren't getting it from who they are with, then they will search for it elsewhere. Many girls know they are going to have to 'give it up' sexually in ordered to determine if that Emotional Connection will be there, or not, even if they are married.

For Guys, basically, since they are born as horny visual creatures by nature, and with a large percentage of girls being scantily dressed, they just can't keep their dick in their pants.

Not a lot of rocket science involved... lol

Do you think it's become more common or do you think people are either just more open about it or have the technology to spread the news about it? I mean, it was pretty "well known" that husbands cheated on their wives back in the day. And that the wives knew but mostly cared about being the primary (looked after financially and roof over head). And some rumours of the bored wives cheating with the rogue artists, slaves, gardeners etc... men who couldn't provide in the material sense but sure could physically. So I think it's not necessarily "more". Just people didn't have a means to post it online, text and tell the whole world let alone village like back then.

People lack empathy more and more. Morals are lacking in society. Before shame stopped narcissist/psychopaths from this type of abuse now media is awarding it. Same with pedopholia and rape.. its coming next.
