He told me they were spiritually married for many years but they got married recently at the courthouse. She pregnant with her first child right now. I met him through a mutual friend and she told me he was married. We still hung out and went on dates. Then he ghosted me afterwards.

But the more serious questions is why would you involve yourself with someone you KNEW was involved with someone else?

And he didn't "ghost" you. He told you he couldn't continue with whatever it was that you had for the minute you had it. Accept that, and avoid men who are seriously involved with someone else, as this man clearly told you he was. From the moment you met him!
