How do you all define the word "spirituality?" Also, do you practice anything that could be associated with it?

To me, spirituality can be embodied asking questions akin to:

“What’s my purpose in life?”

“What’s the meaning of life?”

It’s the search and/or curiosity over the meaning of things in life and one’s purpose in life.

A person’s morals, philosophies, a principles can also be associated to spirituality.

I’ve gotten into meditation, currently playing a song from my meditation playlist from Spotify.

I want to meditate without music as well sometime.

Meditation, to me, is one of many ways to detox the mind and clear yourself of stress by focusing on the present.

We all have struggles living in the present or living in the NOW.

Always are we thinking about tomorrow, next week, next month, after we reach our goals, after we get married, after we get to wherever we’re going in the FUTURE.

Meditation is a practice of calming oneself, relaxing, and focusing on the NOW.

It can have amazing benefits.

It’s best to use this as one of many methods or techniques in an HOLISTIC approach to positive well-being.
