Trending & News Marrying too fast or slow…. In both cases someone 9/10 is using you. There are exceptions to every rule that people can point out. I’m not the judge of every relationship if it’s right for them…. It’s right for them.
Some people want the benefits of marriage without the commitment. Many times because they simply don’t really see a future with you, but you’re there as a filler and if all else fails. Yeah, maybe 10 years down the road they'll marry you. But will still probably divorce you the first chance they get. Maybe you have kids out of wedlock… They don’t want to be single parents. They want a co parent. They want the benefits of marriage without the responsibility.
If you been so far as living together and every time the talks of marriage or proposals come up…. They aren’t ready yet. Yeah that’s a bad sign. It’s a sign that they don’t really want to marry you.
Too fast. Someone’s rushing. We need to move in. We need to get married… They’re a used car salesman… Ever had a used car salesman try to sell you something too good to be true? And was rushing you to sign the contract. Before you could ask too many questions or figure something out? Yeah…. That’s what they’re doing. Pulling one over on you.
They may be emotionally unstable and get attached too soon. But they can also be planning to discard of you later. Especially if financial incentives are involved… They want out of debt. Maybe they have kids or got pregnant. It’s all rush… rush… rush…. Rush…. Rush. Lock you down. Before you see their true colors.
Relationships should develop naturally. Genuinely getting to know one another not falling for a image too soon and becoming resentful later when you get to know the real them for their flaws and their personality… and maybe you’re not even compatible. You want different things form a relationship.
Not too fast…. Not too slow. Not living together for 5 years basically being married. But…. No I’m not ready. Or married in a year or less.
Most ministers are obligated to tell you before you are married that God does not want you to swear an oath or take vows because you do nor control your life. You deny His Sovereignty. He does. What if He sends a person to you that he wants you to have sex with and you are married. Most of us get married because we think the sex is sanctified when you are married. Truthfully He asked you to do it from Day one. The activity is already sanctified in His eyes. Marriage makes our sexual activity ok in our society's eyes. However once you have made the vow, He does expect you to keep it. Cheating is not OK. It ranks up there with not living up to your vow to Love Honor and Cherish.
Where children are concerned two committed parents define the best scenerio. That can occur with nor without marriage.
I don’t believe in the concept of sin. Honestly it’s a construct that weak minded people cling to in order to give their life structure when they themselves cannot.
Disrespecting each other on any level is a sin. Marriage is a journey of eternal love and respect. Once you betray the love... what's the point?

There is none.
The Bible forbids 'adultery'.
There is no: "thou shalt not fornicate".
If Timothy or other scribblers saw that differently, it's just an indication that they never managed to get laid.
Paul never met Jesus. He is over-rated in my view... but his self- marketing was good enough. The 'harlot' sold her goods... Jesus was right: sex is not a good to trade with; the "sin" in my eyes is to exploit natural gifts for personal gains.
@andreasderjuengere Paul met Jesus on the road to Damascus. That's when Jesus said "Why do you persecute me?"
I don't think "selling the goods" was sin alone. It was definitely about using her body outside of marriage.
Paul must have had "ED". He also stated that women should not preach. What a jerk. Ok, while he was on the road... perhaps he 'met' Jesus. In which case I will claim to have met Jesus myself, too. /// As for 'selling goods'... Jesus wasn't officially married himself - now let's talk about Mary Magdaline...
The greatest sin is
Not living together for AT LEAST 18 months
Or
Not exchanging credit reports
Or
Buying real estate if not held in joint tenancy with rights of survivorship
For pre-marital, marital, and post-marital relationships, I firmly believe in:
Thou shalt not order them to do your laundry
It would of course be cheating. Even if you're not married you're still in a relationship where you both are probably exclusively devoted to one another.
you should not murder your partner...
Omg, gotta remove it from my to-do checklist with my future boyfriend!
There is no greater sin. All sin is bad equally because ultimately they all lead to death. Thats like saying if i had to get shot in the heart which bullet would be safer
Sin is a bullshit invention of religion. Sun does not exist because your god is a lie.
Why don't you check with your church?
They're the ones prohibiting you from doing things
You could just choose to NOT believe in some book that was written thousands of years ago by men who never even met Jesus or God... Do what makes you happy.
The greatest sin is being unkind to your partner.
I think it's all just religious mumbo-jumbo.
Bleed thyself dry... always keep some for yourself and the next one
There isn’t any “Sin” there are laws.
God is a figment of the imaginations of crazy people
I cannot answer this truthfully without being censored for racism.
Hurting your partner, physically or emotionally.
Having unprotected sex with multiple partners.
Sex before marriage.
Thou shalt not deny your partner sex
Or blow job
kill your partner
cheating with a friend or family member
Being boring
