It means, he doesn't really NEED a girlfriend!! Look at all the companionship time you're losing out on because he wants to play stupid video games!! And, what for? Video game status? More points than someone else? He SHOULD be trying to score points with YOU!!! He needs to get a life!! It kinda sounds like you should find a better life!! There's LOADS of guys out there that'd LOVE to have a girlfriend and can't find one!! I spent most of the past 30 years trying to find one!! I FINALLY got one just over a year ago!!
Yeah, I know, you love him! Well, love is a two-way street!! If you're doing all the giving and none of the getting, maybe you should look for someone else!
Quietly go to another part of the house for a while and see how long it takes him to notice you're gone.

It means something is missing in your relationship with him if his main focus in video games then something is lacking in your relationship with him , it could be lack of communication, lack of intimacy and affection , Have you both been arguing lately? It could be resentments towards you so he is giving you the silent treatment,. Only you can figure this out by having a sit down talk with him about it

That simply means that his has set his priorities differently and that you are only number 2 or even lower. Gaming seems to have the priority for him.

He is probably addicted to gaming which is a huge red flag in any relationship. I would place that addiction on the same level as drugs, gambling or smoking.

Seek the contact with him and give him an ultimatum. Either he spends more time with you and prioritizes you over his addiction or then you have no other solution than to:

1. Seek psychological help for him. He needs to realize that he has an issue and needs specialized follow-up.

2. Leave him and sever that toxic relation.

He may not react well to those 2 solutions but if he fails to realize that he has an issue, then you owe it to yourself to leave.

That 1... your hobbies are different, because if you also play games you can play together. And 2... Sorry to say it, you might not be his number 1, and I don't say that you Should be. But you two, together should be his priority. He is currently living as if he is single again. So you either see if he lets you into his gaming world and who knows, you might like it too and then you'll spend more time with him naturally. Or you have a talk with him so he can get his priorities straight and tell him what you want to do with him together. But if it doesn't change, I don't see this relationship last, to be honest.

When there are times and you are busy again - don't know if you love together, visit him, how far you maybe live away... - or you talked about his hobby then it is ok.
