Yes, I believe that being a wife and mother is a woman's natural vocation, but not the only vocation. She has to offer many other roles in her daily life and throughout her life. Being a mother is nature’s way of providing women with the opportunity to experience another life as a part of themselves. If she can be a mother to one, extend that willingness to be a mother to the world. In our Indian Hindu culture, earth is worshiped as mother, as it supports all types of life. Nature has designed sex as most pleasant and enjoyable to encourage men and women to produce babies. According to most cultures, sex before marriage is not supported, being virgin / unmarried mother is not respected. Therefor being a wife and then mother is accepted way of life for females. Second part – designed by nature – men cannot get pregnant and give birth to a child, because women possess the biological capability to conceive, carry, and nourish a child, motherhood is a natural, inherent and divine role for her. Women are innately predisposed to be caregivers, possessing natural tendencies towards tenderness, patience, and nurturing. For most women, motherhood is experienced as a profound source of joy, purpose, and selflessness as a sacred role. Unfortunately, some modern women do not feel a strong "maternal instinct" and do not desire to have children, and enjoy full, purposeful lives without becoming mothers. Most women find great joy and purpose in motherhood, it is not universally considered to be every woman's natural, or only, calling. It is partially deeply personal, complex, and demanding journey that is part of some women's lives but not all.

I come from Christian Design perspective based on the book of Genesis. I think God originally designed Women to be a Wife and Mother. I am not saying they can't do other things too. But this is what I think their bodies are designed for. I think a Man's body is designed to love, protect, care for, and help provide for his Wife and Kids.
