Why is it ok for women to be with teenagers but not men?

18 year old boys are so immature it's creepy for a 40 year old woman for example to sleep with them but people think it's ok

But if it's a 40 year old man with a 18 year old girl people have all kinds of excuses.

It makes no sense to me I think both are OK.

I think for many people they feel that morally it's wrong for either gender considering they are in high school or just getting out of high school. And beyond that, an 18 year old is not developed mentally like someone older like 25 or older. And even that's still quite young for a 40 year old but more understandable than an 18 year old.
