Why is it ok for a woman to serial date but not for men?

90 percent of women have 3 boyfriend's at one time with a bonus a fourth man as a emotional tampon.

So 90 percent of women have 3 boyfriend's at one time one for a free meals and drinks another one for fun dates that's movies , dinner , concerts etc.. and a third one who she's fucking 3 or more times.
Why is this ok for women but not men? If women catch a man doing it they go in droves to News outlets and social media about it and to tell the man he's being unfaithful and cheating she will tell all her friends etc.
Now the fourth guy he's nice to women treats with kindness and respect does all the things she wants and says she wants in a man and relationship but she has no interest or intention of dating him. His only purpose is her emotional tampon he listens to her problems , her crying , consoles her in hopes of dating but every woman has one man who is there for her to unload all her problems and crying and tears on he's the emotional tampon.
Why is having 3 boyfriend's ok for a woman and not cheating for a woman but is not ok for a man?
If a man does it he's a cheater , he's unfaithful , a cheater a womanizer a manipulator?
