Nope. Generally you get hurt when you don't see it coming. You have to be aware of what is happening around you to avoid getting hurt.

Well if its the truth. Thats when it hurts. But its not about feel that pain its more about when you get to know it you tell you how you stand back up and keep going and don't let it take you down any false paths
