I would only do something morally wrong to save someone that is dear to me, like my family, but then, define what you mean by "morally wrong".

If its is something that has not much impact on my well being or something that I can live with for the rest of my life, then I would obviously do it without thinking twice.

If it is something morally wrong that impacts me to such an extent that I may need psychological help for the rest of my life, then I would think more than just twice before doing it. I have to weigh the pros and cons of my act.

Really depends on what the morally wrong is in this scenario, but I would kill for my loved ones. If my mom living depended on me killing a stranger, I would do it, but it would be extremely hard. I would happily do it if it was a criminal, but if it was an innocent good person, that would be extremely tough and probably cause some trauma, but I'd still do it.
