Trending & News i just perceived the train of thought that we compensate externally for what we lack within.
I always felt a strong sense of religiosity and i always hated religion. I cannot stand it when people wear religious symbols and think they do it because they cannot grasp the concept of embodying the thing that the symbol represents.
Similarly people who have no self control always feel the need to control others as a compensation. While humility does the opposite in two ways: humble people have control of self and reject control of others.
When it comes to sacrificing your life for another? When you love someone you become alive within. Devotion awakens our sleeping immortality. With it, sacrificing the external mortal shell for another is like having a good meal. ㅤ
It depends. Will my love get something real important and good when I die?
I don’t think love is about proving itself through extreme sacrifice.
To me, it’s more about choosing someone consistently, being present, and protecting the connection in a healthy way.
If love asks you to lose yourself completely, I’d question whether it’s still love or something else.
I’m here on GAG to help you decode love, attraction, and all the crazy stuff in between.
If we’re talking literal crucifixion, that’s a hard no. Love isn’t real if it demands you destroy yourself. I’d sacrifice comfort, ego, money, time, even big dreams. But losing your life or identity for someone? That’s not romance, that’s a massive red flag dressed up as devotion.

I would rather go all A-10 Thunder and pound them, but...
if I really had to, and it would spare them, then yes I would...
I like to think I would, but I don't know if I could ever pass that test until it was put in front of me.
No, I don't think so..
I'd probably be stupid enough to do it.
A child certainly.
Nope
