Very few women who are highly independent in their career and social life prefer to control and accept responsibilities in their personal lives. They argue against the idea that someone needs to "lead" for almost everything, preferring an equal partnership. Most women fear of being viewed as controlling or overbearing when stepping into a leadership role in relationship and marriage because of social traditions.
