From my experiences with girls’ a majority of them want to be with a man she can look up to that takes the lead , Most females want to feel safe and protected by her man , she is drawn to his masculine energy that she doesn’t have within herself , if she doesn’t feel safe and protected by him , she will eventually leave him or cheat on him with another man. I been the other guy a handful of times and when I asked these girls’ why they cheated on her partner with me , she confessed that he is weak and she doesn’t feel safe and protected by him. and that he treats her like shit , At first I thought these girls’ were blowing smoke up my ass , but sadly they all pretty much had the same answer. I also been with girls’ that have a dominate side to them , that do try to take the lead and try to take control over the relationship, The best match for her is for her to find a Simp , a guy that will tolerate her taking the lead , a guy that will constantly kiss her ass , she would have a longer relationship with a guy like that. Me personally, will not stay with a girl that tries to control me and tries to tell me what I can and can not do that doesn’t have any respect or dignity for me but only for herself , a girl that doesn’t follow boundaries the same way she expects me to follow them for her losing a girl like that , is no loss what so ever and no skin off my back , the other guy or girl can have her. So it mainly comes down to what kind of guy you are. Me personally loves submissive girls’ a girl that is submissive to me , a girl that stays loyal and faithful to me , a girl that respects me and appreciates me , She has a way better chance of having a long term relationship with me , a girl that wants to bring happiness into my life , not misery a girl that will speak highly of me and has no problem showing me off to her friends a girl that chooses me over her friends. If I sense that a girl has dominant traits insiide her , and she comes off like she is a dude like Tom boyish more than a girl , I won’t want anything to do with her , I might fuck her, but I won’t commit to her. It’s just my preference and what I prefer. So my advice to all guys’ is to truly figure out who you truly are as a man , before jumping into a relationship with a girl , before having your heart broken or strung along by a girl , that truly doesn’t value you or appreciate you and isn’t meant for you. Why I no longer jump into relationships with girls’ until I really get to know her and figure out what she really wants in a relationship. Most girls’ say they want love and commitment that say they want a guy that stays loyal and faithful to her , that will keep her safe and protected that wants a partner that has her back like he has hers , and yes that’s what I want as well , but sadly most girls’ are liars, because they really don’t know what they want , they think they do but they don’t , if a girl holds her hand out to me asking for money and she doesn’t have a job an no ambition and can’t support herself , kick her to the curb where she belongs , she isn’t a partner she is a user , so another reason I no longer jump into a committed relationship with a girl , why I no longer jump into a committed relationship with a girl , I prefer Girls’ that know that they are girls’ that have more of a girly side to her , that like to wear dresses or mini skirts that love to wear sexy shoes , that love to wear lingerie or thongs , a girl that has no doubts about wanting to please me , that can’t wait to be in my arms , a girl that makes me her number 1 priority that wants the same in return , A girl that works with you not against you , she understands money doesn’t grow on tress and that she is perfectly capable of providing for herself. When I find a girl like that, I do my best to keep her by my side. A dominate girl wants things to go her way or no way She will eventually belittle you, criticize you , compare you to other men , she will prioritize her girl friends over you and tell
You to eliminate your friends for her , she will show a lot of selfish traits and behaviors making you think maybe she might be Gay lr bisexual she just didn’t come out of the closet yet , That’s a girl that turns me off Why it’s important to tell a girl what you are really looking for for and what you will and will not tolerate in a relationship from the beginning , by being honest with her , if you lie to her , then you are an idiot that dug your own grave , if a girl can’t handle your honesty , then she isn’t the girl for you period I don’t care how hot she looks , do not waste your time on a girl that can’t be honest and respectful to you. If she chooses to lie from the beginning, then she just dug her own grave as well. Again , I am only giving advice based off of my own personal experiences, only you can decide what you like and don’t like. Never risk shit for a girl that isn’t risking shit for you , find a partner , not a user
Break that up into smaller paragraphs
It goes against my grain to be bossed around by anybody. I don't like authority. If something doesn't make sense to me, I won't do it. I wouldn't expect a woman to bow to authoritarianism, either.
Does my masculine size and strength mean that I am also the most logical and practical? Does it give me the right to act like I'm the law?
I don't see any reason for either party in a relationship to have executive power. I don't tell my wife what to do and she certainly doesn't tell me what to do.
My wife doesn't follow me blindly like an obedient pet dog. In fact, the word she uses most often is "Why?"
We make decisions together. It's not that hard. We respect each other's intellect, logic and opinions.
I'm fine with a stubborn woman. I think when they pose like this it's both funny and scary.

I think relationships are about working together with your partner. Not about who can lead whom. If I look, he’ll clean. Leading and following is me leading blindly and him following blindly without judgement then him getting upset when we are both lost.
Relationships shouldn’t be about “leadership” they should be about “partnership” (hence the term “my partner”)
Get in the kitchen woman lol
Go fix my van man LOL
Ha Ha Ha it's 2024 I will go paint my nails and watch you fix it
Now see you just hit the mail on the head… men on here bitching about how women aren’t the way they used to be, well neither are a lot of men these days
Nail not mail 🤦🏼♀️
Agree hence the photo above lol
Yeah but some men don’t do things they used to but expect women to🤷♀️
Can't do anything about those men... they have and will always exist.
You both began the movie in a good way but ruined it later, i regret paying the ticket 😄
Watched till you fix my van and you're place is in the kitchen woman, after this naahhhhh
@Brainsbeforebeauty since you're in the kitchen sponge, make me a nutella sandwich on your way 😁
@TonyMetal___86 what your hand broke or something? I think at your age you capable of spreading your own Nutella😁😜
@Brainsbeforebeauty I'm capable of spreading other things sponge but the nutella spread is on you 😁
@TonyMetal___86 😂😂
@Brainsbeforebeauty laugh LAUGH naugty sponge, this will cost you 15 bites to your spongy forehead 💆🏼♀️😬
When a woman is in the kitchen, a husband can also go to the kitchen to fix some things like a plumber, a plumber's crack ain't better than mine, i also have my toolbox to fix your old bones and make them flexible again 😈
@TonyMetal___86 wait are you bragging about having a plumbers crack 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wrong. Every relationship needs a leader because there is no country with two president's and no company with two CEOs. Relationships only ever work when men lead and women follow.
@DextroShade if you compare your relationship to a country or a business, I wouldn’t follow you out of a wet paper bag 🤣🤣 oh and yet y relationship lasted for 20 years and would have probably lasted longer had he not passed 10 years ago..🤷♀️
@Brainsbeforebeauty , i believe that the sponge's marriage would of last forever no matter if he leads or not because she have a belief that a marriage is sacred and must remain forever 😌
Anyways, about that plumber's crack, aren't you a plumber sponge? I can use a female plumber 😁
At max you will tell me "don't mind the crack or the boobage" 🤣🤣
I wonder if i'll see that crack on a big billboard someday after years of the event 💆🏼♀️😬
@TonyMetal___86 har har aren’t you funny 🙄🤣
Surely i am, cheeeese 😁
Who makes the final decision?
@DarkWinterNights decisions that affect both people in a relationship or a whole family should be made by both
Okay- what happens when neither can agree?
@Brainsbeforebeauty Exactly what i wanted to say. But you said it better, thankyou
@Angxl3120 thank you 🙂
Ah, the classic dance of leadership and love. Well, let me sprinkle some of that relationship magic your way. In the grand ballroom of love and relationships, it's all about the steps you take together, not who leads more. See, the beauty of a partnership is in its balance. Sometimes, she'll lead with a cha-cha of decision-making, and other times, he might take the reins with a tango of planning. What really spices up the relationship salsa is communication, understanding, and mutual support. So, should women take more leadership roles? If it twirls the skirt of happiness and keeps the music going, why not? Remember, it's not about who leads but how you dance together. 💃🕺
I got your cha cha buddy
I think Brad's just trying to get laid by a feminist.
@RingOfFire I think someone needs to tell "Brad" that he'll never get laid by anyone.
Did you plagiairize that from ChatGPT
@siri137
I think you're right!

I thought you were a MAN! If this is what you want, you can have my share!
:) :) :)
At least don't get that nice white shirt dirty lol
Your question wasn't addressed to real men, was it?
It was addressed to anyone who would like to weigh in. What's the issue?
Real men will say that the man must always be the leader, even when he lets his partner temporarily take the lead.
Great thanks for sharing lol
Most women on this site, when asked in a different context, will say that they want a man who is assertive. . . right? And that means leader.
Yeah I don't disagree... I ask controversial and sometimes crazy questions here on GAG did you forget? lol
Did I forget that you are a little bit wild and crazy? ¡No way, Jose!
Sometimes you just need to spice things up a bit with a man wearing a wedding gown lol
I'm a very good leader cause I was persecuted so much in my child hood that I grew up with dynamite courage. If somebody stuck a gun to my head I would not be scared. It's gotten me no where with guys cause guys like to be the strong one and the protector and they want their women weaker so they can feel needed.
it's whatever both are comfortable with
Ideally I think both the husband and wife are capable and responsible leaders so that they can perform each other's leadership roles when the other is away, incapacitated, or dead, as with the case of a captain and first officer. The leadership skills are useful to make them both capable parents as well.
However, I don't believe in "partnerships" without any hierarchy because they lack an effective means of conflict resolution when conflicts cannot be negotiated away. I suspect couples who live in partnerships for too long will tend to work towards an unresolvable conflict given the missing leader to make executive decisions, and they might very well find that missing leader in the form of a judge in a divorce court.
So just as I don't think it's optimal to have two captains of a ship, or two first officers and no captain, I don't think it's optimal for a household to be absent a designated leader. It helps tremendously for conflict resolution to have a responsible leader who will say, "All right, after carefully listening to everyone's ideas, I have decided to select this one as our family's course of action. However, in exchange, I will do everything I can to suffer the consequences of those decisions. I will not fault any of you or transfer needless burdens to you if my executive decision backfires. I will be the first to die if someone has to die."
Typically I think the analogical captain should be the man since many women seem to be disappointed if they have the ultimate leadership burden dumped on them to lead, protect, and provide for their family, and men often end up losing a lot of their sense of self-worth with that lesser responsibility. However, if women don't mind the greater burdens associated and their men don't mind the lesser responsibility, more power to them.
In my particular case with my wife, she voluntarily trusts me to make the executive decisions and that makes it easier for me to take on the ultimate responsibility to protect and provide for my family. However, she is very much like my first officer and most trusted advisor, and is to replace me as the metaphorical captain when I'm away, incapacitated, or dead, and it comforts me a lot in those cases that I married a capable leader to look out for herself and our family.
If a team is very competent though, I do think the optimal hierarchy is as shallow as possible and almost resembling a partnership. The head of the hierarchy shouldn't have to micromanage anyone, and everyone becomes highly independent and sub-leaders in their own area.
You often see that in small enterprises of highly competent people where it's difficult to tell at a glance who is the ultimate executive decision maker for the team. Especially if the team consists of only like-minded members, they might be able to come to unanimous agreements 98%+ of the time and no leader is necessary in those cases when there's unanimous agreement about what the team should do in decisions that affect the entire team.
Yet there is always an executive decision maker in any successful enterprise that lasts, however concealed. There generally has to be since even if the team unanimously agrees on 98%+ of the decisions that affect them all, a leader is still needed to resolve conflicts for the 2%- of the decisions where there is no unanimous agreement. Otherwise those 2%- of the decisions that reach no unanimous disagreement will tend to tear the team apart.
So I do believe very strongly in the need for hierarchies in any group of people cooperating together, however big or small, but the shallowest hierarchies possible when everyone is very competent in their own areas.
I believe in partnership. If you're making a decision with where you want to live, it should be a joint decision. Same thing with stuff like where you want to vacation next, how you should raise your kids, where you should go out to eat, if you should get a pet... pretty much everything.
I believe that traditional relationships can also have the partnership dynamic, where the woman stays at home and handles the cooking and cleaning and the man is the breadwinner, but they both have input in decisions.
So no matter what kind of relationship you have, it should be a partnership and not one person makes all the calls.
But that's just my opinion of an ideal relationship dynamic. Everyone has their own ideals and anything can work.
Great answer!
Appreciate it 😁
The guy should be initiating and doing the chasing that’s what they were built to do by god.
God knows best. Ladies do not approach them. I’d say it’s ok to initiate conversations because they are shy but at the same time it’s up to them to ask you out and contact you further. That’s how I see things. I feel like it’s a masculine thing to do. Ladies we are the prize we need hunted down.
Once a partnership is started things should be equal don’t let the guy do things all the time and be one sided but just in the beginning he needs something to chase or else he will lose interest can’t give in to anything too quickly the chase is over there’s no more mystery.
Why should guys chase women when these women will accuse The guys of harassment, stalking etc? These days men shouldn’t be chasing women
Most men are not comfortable with this and nor are women. You can’t defy thousands of years of evolution overnight.
But men are getting squashed and confused by society if they straight up day “men should lead”. Many women silently believe this was well but are afraid to speak up about it.
I have briefly dated some domineering women in the past. Initially it was a huge relief because they remove all the guesswork out of everything. It was nice to have them plan dates, pay their tabs (sometimes mine as well) and speak their minds. They often initiated sex which was also nice. They also spoke up directly when they didn’t want it. I knew exactly were I stood. That was huge relief.
But as time went on they acted really controlling and critical. That was a huge turn off and I didn’t tolerate it long. I never stayed in long term relationship with a controlling woman.
No. I'm very traditional and I believe the man should take the lead in a relationship. Women should just make suggestions like for example my boyfriend is talking about moving out of the state and I want to move with him. I made a suggestion for places that could be but ultimately he chooses where we will go based on the job he is able to get. I will get a job wherever he goes.
I get why this might appeal to some men, even many men, but the reality is that most women are not like this at all, and the ones that are would only use and abuse and ruin the guy, emotionally, spiritually, financially and even perhaps physically. I have opined on this before, so let me just link. (Some of these were off-the-wall crazy and typical men would never go this far, but the underlying problems and objections I have are the same:
How many boys call their girlfriend "mommy". Is it really that normal?
Leadership is choosing to be the first to walk into new territory while others choose to follow of their own accord. It is often mistaken to mean management or control, which is really the opposite, involving staying behind on a high horse. Generally, women feel less able to thrive or even survive alone, and though leadership isn't necessarily solitary, by it's nature it involves being the first to take what comes in that direction. True leadership is usually more difficult for them due to their teamwork- or even parasitic-orientation.
Management and control aldo depletes the team of leadership as a whole, since one's accord is minimized or ignored.
My view is that in many of todays modern relationships, couples strive for equality where both partners share leadership roles and responsibilities. One partner may naturally take on a leadership role in certain areas due to their strengths or interests, whilst the other takes the role in other areas. Its all about complementing each other's abilities.
No couple is equal and hence not all changes fits everyone. No matter the dynamic one has in a relationship and whether or not one should take on a more leadership role should be based on mutual agreement, respect for each other's strengths and preferences, and the unique dynamics of the relationship.
masculists are the reason america is failing! Go back to traditional america. and get to the kitchen, man! CAWWWWWWWWWW! (the idea that men are better than women or vice versa is a relatively new concept, and the way people make it seem like it always was, was exceptionally rare. Also, if my man doesn't take my last name, his sister will, so...(Kidding))
Wow! 64% of women say men should take the leadership role?
Where are these women hiding?
Is there some remote island in the Pacific with wifi that they are voting from?
Maybe they are in an underground bunker in an undisclosed location?
If they ever showed their faces in public the feminazis would have a cow!
64%off what 18 women? I can’t see how many women voted on the poll because neither option would be my answer, but I know only 18 women left a reply and not all of those 18 replies wanted a leader, they want an equal partner… how is not wanting to have someone think they can control you and make all life decisions for you being a feminazi 🤷♀️
@Brainsbeforebeauty Nope... 135 women now!
There is a video that I saw the other day Where the woman was just like Women went to get jobs because a man said it was too hard to carry the load of providing. Then women started, asking men out because men were afraid to ask women out for insecurities. Then women started proposing to because it was taking too long for them to get married. At the end of the video she was just like what do you want from us? We’re trying to do everything to keep you, but you don’t want us.
No, because I don't believe any relationship that involves only two people requires that one of them be a "leader". Why? Why would that ever be necessary?
Uhmmm, I haven't been on in quite a while but I remember you having better questions and topics.
Those 2 options are too closed minded and toxic for me. Option 3: a romantic relationship is a partnership and each person should be yoked accordingly. In reality, as long as there's a balance and respect, then there shouldn't be any problems for either to stay in their respective lanes
For ages, it has happened. So what is the problem here?
I think that should depend solely on the relationship dynamic, not on which partner is which sex. If it feels more natural to the couple to have a certain person in the relationship take charge in their relationship, then fine. Who cares which gender they identify as? And if someone outside the relationship cares, why should the couple care about what that person thinks? The only thing that truly matters is that the relationship is a happy and healthy one.
To me it's ideal if we are on equal footing, I am perfectly capable and willing to lead but if she doesn't speak up and let me know what direction she wants i'd walk all over her. Likewise I know there's girls out there that are frustrated guys always do whatever the suggest or want, those girls would be a good fit for me since they are also looking for that balance of mutual direction.
Define leadership. In my observation guys and gals take leadership in different areas. The girl most likely will take leadership in social aspects and within the house and the guy in other important areas.
I have no ambition to take leadership on color schemes.
well if women actually wanna be seen as "equal", they'd better take a lot more responsibility. because that's the one thing they hate to be equal. they want all the good shit but avoid the negative things like the plague.
Yes, if they want to, but a girl doesn’t have to have masculine traits to be a leader
No, unpopular opinion but I lead in every aspect of my life. I’d love to find someone who I trust and have them lead so I can in a careless peaceful feminine energy.
The problem is that if you "lead" around a man, and he's not a weak follower, you will turn him off. I understand that you may have to lead out of necessity in some areas of your life - I get it - but if you want to find a man who is a leader, he has to meet you as a feminine woman and not a girl boss.
Obviously I have no idea what your situation is, this is just general advice I'd give to any woman who wants a strong man.
I read it and I understood it. I'm trying to point out that you can't wait until you've found the leader you trust before you become the peaceful feminine woman, because if you aren't already the peaceful feminine woman, you'll drive the guy away before you ever get a chance with him.
It's like if a guy said: "I'm fat, dumb, and unemployed, but when I meet the right girl, I'll lose weight, get smart, and get a job, so I can properly lead in the relationship." No woman would date that guy, because she's going to want a guy who is ALREADY a fit, smart, employed leader when she meets him.
Just as women judge a man's value by who he is when she first meets him, men do the same with women. If a man meets you as a "girl boss", he's not going to stick around hoping that you'll let him take the lead and become peaceful and feminine - he's going to assume that you'll always be a girl boss and he'll be gone down the road.
Most relationships today are controlled by a woman. Men are weak today and cannot be the leaders God calls them to be. Most men follow the woman around. She runs the show.
This why social media needs to be cut off completely. Femenist influencers on tik tok and other social apps promote this. I am glad tik tok will be banned inthe U. S. thank God.
tik tok isn't going anywhere lol
It won’t go anywhere if it is purchased by an American owned business like rumble. And if rumble does purchase it it’ll be under a right wing company that won’t allow feminist influencers to promote their bullshit
I hate tiktok. People look at me like as if I had three eyes when I tell them I don't have tiktok. I wish it would just disappear we have way to much on web as it is.
im a traditional mindset, hence i would say, NO. Man up and take the lead, but im not saying woman can just shake their leg and do ntg, but at least, man shld know what they shld do
Hell no. That would only happen if majority of men become feminine and majority of women become masculine. What good would that do anyone?
Leadership roles in relationships require balance and harmony between partners. Every relationship is different, and leadership roles are shaped by the couple's dynamics. The important thing is to achieve mutual respect and balance in communication.
Instinctually, no, but it really depends on what you mean by leadership.
If two like minded people as a couple seek to divide up life tasks depending on their strengths and comfort levels, and to the betterment of both of their long term future, I'm really not sure it matters.
If they want to. Nobody should feel forced or obligated into a certain role in their own relationship. That sounds horrible. Find someone who you work well with naturally, so you're both happy and fulfilled in the relationship.
These days it's too difficult to find exactly what you are looking for and risk running through multiple people in the attempt to find that specific individual. Wouldn't you rather just relax and stay single?
@SolitarySolace yes, I would. But the question isn't about me. Why would anyone want to be with someone who you can't be yourself around and have to perform for? You don't have to look for a "perfect match" just someone who you get along with.
Why attempt to get along with someone who only has their own best interests at heart and not your own that's majority of women for you
@SolitarySolace no reason, so don't. That's what I'm saying.
There are many women who are resilient and capable leaders. However, generally speaking, no woman respects a man who is non committal and unable to make decisions. It’s impossible to love someone you don’t respect.
Should women take more leadership roles in relationships? If she's not doing that already, then yes. Both the man & the woman should be doing that. I never understood this whole idea of man roles & woman roles. To me, they're just roles.
There are men’s roles and women’s roles for a reason. Men and women are different
Should be equal, except in the bedroom, where she should be submissive
The bible says the woman should submit to her man.
Both party need to work together to make relations works
I can’t stand a man who can’t (or won’t) take the lead in a relationship. That’s the type of man my dad is, unfortunately. Therefore, I can’t be with a man like that.
No, a woman that leads the relationship doesn't respect her man, and will probably cheat if she got the chance.. With a more dominant man.. Most women don't want a man they have to lead.
Some men are just big insecure babies, so they need some mothering in their lives.
Do you ever stop whinning about men. Literally anyone that doesn't bend to your way of life is 'insecure'. Grow up. 🙄
@TheUniqueOne96 LOL that's Babs for ya
Who's babs? Is that her nickname?
@TheUniqueOne96 Yeah she likes to babble on gag
people do as they wish, when they're truly happy
I guess so. I prefer my relationships without a leadership role.
Women already lead most relationships, whether the guys realize it or not.
I heard that if women do that, they'll lose respect for their guy and will get weak on their knees for another man, that leads and tells her what to do.
Basically its a ticket to get cheated on.
not exactly but suggestions good. initiating when she 'in the mood" would help communication.
Marriage is called a partnership and men should lead the household
No. And most men can't lead right anyways so it's going to go bad either way.
Mad men can just losers suck lol
i'm my own person. i don't think i'm so smart, i'm even weak physically and i am sickly but i am my own person
I don’t like either answer, it should be 50/50. I would think both should take turns doing what they want.
Given the modern scene, it would be good for women to initiate the dating process and initiate sexual intimacy.
A woman and a man cannot be compared in the sense that one is always going to be not like the other. We can relate to other animals more than one another it seems. Don’t sweat it.
I agree with @Brainsbeforebeauty. A relationship should be a partnership. You both make decisions equally. That's how it is in my marriage.
Best solution relationships should be equal!
Simply put, I'd get bored very quickly if she was anything other than my equal.
I think men and women be partners and work together as a team
Sure if it works for them as people. Some women have more leadership / interest in leading then some men and that's perfectly fine.
Absolutely not! Women aren't meant to be leaders because leadership requires masculine qualities such as direct communication, decisiveness, being disagreeable, and taking accountability.
Time to stop hight count that just really makes you a lose girl
It’s in a man’s DNA to be the leader and make decisions.
You're confusing "should" with "can". The individual must prove they have the ability. Ability trumps everything else.
It isn't my place to dictate what women should or shouldn't do... at least as long as it doesn't involve me.
That's like asking should men make effort towards whale pigs. Of you're bringing bologna to the table, you can't expect the other person to bring steak.
In other words this is a case by case matter coach.
