I believe that there are some women who don't care if a man is married. Some women look at his wedding ring and deliberately go after him and take him for all he's got. And when his wife finds out about it, man, I feel so sorry for her. It hurts very much. Someone went after my husband and he did leave me and our new little son and moved in with her! 💔

Pathologic. It's not about lust, it's not about desire, sometimes maybe about money but it's always about power. The power of being capable to destroy a family.
Of course men who fall for such women don't deserve a family, but this wasn't the question.

Yes they are out there , not only some women but some men as well , that don’t care if someone is in a relationship or a marriage already. Also there are people out there , that are already in a relationship with someone , but go behind their partners’ back and hook up with someone else. The bottom line is the fact that a lot of people on this planet are selfish people , that only truly care about themselves, and what they feel is best for themselves. I can’t tell you how many times I was pursued by taken girls’ some of them were honest about it and some were not honest about it. Most times I would find out the truth after i hooked up with her and had sex with her , why so many people today do not want to get married , because most people are straight up selfish that don’t care about anyone else , but themselves. Even friends’ that you assume are your friend , can or will go behind your back and try to get with your partner. Why couples should never choose their friends’ over their partner. Your so called friends may not truly be your friend period. It’s a sad world we live in and it’s only getting worse , not better.

The person cheating will always hold the majority of the guilt to me but unfortunately some people are like that where they intentionally want to swoop in and steal someone else’s partner

They exist, motivations may vary. 1) Doing it for the thrill, 2) doing it to steal the man, or 3) doing it to extort the man... I'd probably add another one, 4) doing to get at or hurt the woman.

All I know is I had to stop wearing a ring because the unwanted attention is noticable and can get annoying. I also know my wife has chased off friends of hers for getting too friendly with me or being a bit too interested in me when I wasn't even aware of it.

That category #4 I added is kind of a double edge knife... They'll try to talk her into cheating so that it fucks her relationship up as well. Imagine that... a "friend" of hers talking her into something just so she can tell on her... the "friendship" is just a disguise in my opinion... she'll steal your man or talk you into cheating yourself.

On the street, I have many times seen a single girl come up to a couple and start flicking her hair and being charming. The girl with the guy gets very competitive and they have a who is the most charming competition. The sucker guy thinks the girls are getting on so well... this is nice. He hasn't worked out what is going to happen when the single girl walks away.

It is very definitely true some girls get a kick out of a partnered guy showing more liking for them than their girl.

Some try to steal. A female pharmacist tried to steal me off my girlfriend and had no shame using the pharmacy records to call me up with a really weak excuse.

So yes. I do believe deliberate home wreckers are a thing and more common than we like to accept

But I also believe that the burden of loyalty and fatefulness falls on the people in an actual relationship

“She or he made me do it” is a cheap excuse
Unless it was non consensual which is a problem of a different magnitude, you should be able to say no thanks I have a partner

Yes I think a lot of people are just out for themselves and what they can get. Men and women. It’s becoming more common, as people become more selfish. I’m sorry that happened to you. I don’t know if it helps to know this, but there are many women in your shoes and women who could never find a halfway decent man to marry or have kids with. Take me for instance and basically all my female friends. My guy friends can’t find decent women, either.

I do, there are women who are so incredibly selfish that they feel its acceptable to try to steal whats not theirs, be it husbands or families or both. Here is the rub though, there are just as many men who do the same goddamn thing. so its not a gendered issue.
