How often is it normal for couples to see each other each week?

My boyfriend has so many activities throughout the week. The problem is that between work and all his hobbies, we don't have any time to see each other. He's busy from 7 am until 10:30 pm, including Saturdays. On Sundays, he’s only free after noon. Or do you think he just don’t want to see me?

The answer depends on too many factors to catalog, but you already know if your tie together is lacking. The problem in not necessarily that he doesn't want to see YOU. Perhaps he simply doesn't want to make a relationship with any woman a high priority in his life. He'll tolerate you as long as you don't complain but he will get uncomfortable if you start making this an issue.

You have no realistic reason to expect that he will ever rearrange his priorities, so you need to ask yourself this question: do you want a long term relationship with him if this is the way he will always act? Would you want to be married to a guy who treats you like this.

If a guy wants to spend time with you, he will find the time. When I was dating Miss Helen, who is now my wife, I was practicing law on a full-time basis, I was president of my church congregation, I was president of my fraternity's alumni association, I was the alumnus advisor to my fraternity's chapter at the local state university, and I sang in my church choir. . . and she lived 80 miles away from my home, but I still saw her at least two days every week and sometimes three days in a week.

He was not like that at the beginning until he keep adding more and more activities and left less time for me until it’s almost none, I was not greedy we use to saw each other 2 times per week, also he is the one complaining to me that we don’t see each other not the other way

Better to be with a guy like this who is involved in everything and working hard , rather than some looser who sits on his arsr and sees you 7 days a week.

I was like him at the same age (based on the age you nominate ) , see if you can somehow work something else in , meeting and sexually wise.

I just wasted a lot of time on a guy who had a whole routine he wasn't flexible with. It wasn't so bad he was busy every day like you are describing but it was something I looked past for too long even though I knew from the beginning I felt unimportant because of it. If he wanted to make time for you, he would. Tell him how it makes you feel and he either will make time for you or he won't. It may not be personal though. A relationship is possibly something he just doesn't have time for and isn't a priority for him and if it is for you, then it's best you find someone who matches your level of commitment.

I believe that if people love each other, then seeing each other has priorities over the hobbies and other non essential activities. A loved one should always have the priority over friends and if your boyfriend cannot set his priorities straight, then there is something definitely wrong with him and you are not on the top of his list of priorties.

It is sad to know that you are probably at the same level of priority as going shopping for food. You do it once a week but only because it is required for your comfort.

Time to have a discussion with him and to seek for alternatives.

I can’t cause we live in opposite sides of the city, for him is a 10 min driving to the clases for me es 1:15 min driving, we always see each other at a medium point

but I don't think there's a "normal" that applies to all relationships... because there's a whole of different circumstances and dynamics, now you even have long distance relationships in which people don't even count on meeting every week but they will make it work for them
