How is he staring? Some people are observant and naturally look at everyone it doesn’t mean anything but I can honestly understand why someone would feel the way they feel if someone’s obviously checking other people out.

Communication that’s healthy is key everyone has insecurities. If someone expresses them in toxic ways or someone engages in healthy communication and the other person jumps immediately to the defense or even the offense….. yeah that’s a problem.

Glancing is not a big deal. Staring is kinda creepy regardless of who you're with and I'd probably let him know with a throat clear or tap on the arm that I'm aware he's staring excessively

If he quickly glances, that’s human. If he’s full-on staring, turning his head, checking her out while you’re right there, that’s disrespectful.
