Tell me about medical guardianship what is it like?

Does it take away your rights and can you marry and date and still have freedom? Or your freedom is ruined? You need constant care? How does it work?

Your medical freedom is ruined but your other freedoms are still present to an extent. A medical guardianship can still have a doctor or medical facility hold you against your will of you're a danger to yourself or others. Basically you lose all medical freedom and to an extent some regular freedom as well
