I don't date, never have and have no plans to do so. Therefore, this hypothetical question can be answer with a no since that is a case that is not likely to happen to me.

However, assuming that I was dating, then being incontinent does not represent a major issue that is impossible to overcome. Incontinence is a minor health issue compared to a cancer or something really impacting your life on a much deeper psychological way.

There are incontinence pads or panties that can be used and you don't even notice incontinence if you have a good body hygiene. So where is the problem?
