Plenty of times , people that have no dignity or respect for anyone but themselves , that are insecure about themselves as well , people that talk shit behind someone’s back are immature people , that think their shit doesn’t stink that don’t have the balls to say it to your face , because they are cowards. People are way less sneaky than they think they are. If you know enough people it almost always gets back to you especially because people who gossip like to spread gossip. Oddly enough the people that talk shit about you also talk shit to you about other people and will tell you what someone else said.

If it’s a one off thing where someone says something to someone and they never repeat it. Then I probably never heard about it. But if someone’s consistently talking about me more often then not I will find out. Also, many people like hearing others conversations.
