Are some people more like Dr Jekyll sober and Mr Hyde when drunk?

I ask this question as a woman I know has been acting weird when sober but worse when drunk?
I have seen it in men but not like her. She is in het sixties and seens to me thst when she was young abused.
But now she seens that she wants to get her share before she dies. Understand?

How does drink affect you on your periods or menopause and does it make you as a Woman more violent or horny. Men does the drink increase or decrease your violence towards or partner. Or do illegal drugs like cocaine makes YOU change your personalities than drink. Or calm them down

Yep my ex. He recently revealed to me that he still loves me while drunk but then acted like he never said it sober. He always has more of a red k affect when drinking alcohol but then turns back into regular Clark Kent sober. It's annoying.

Age is irrelevant i know to many women like that. The biggest one is amanda who acts semi normal when sober but lashes out like a derranged psycho when drunk

Yeah, some people absolutely have a Jekyll/Hyde switch with alcohol. If she’s already weird sober and worse drunk, that’s not “cute chaos,” that’s danger zone. Past trauma, regret, repression, all of that can explode later in life.

You’re not her therapist or her redemption arc. Keep emotional and romantic distance, avoid heavy drinking situations with her, and don’t try to “fix” her. That kind of unstable energy will drain you and twist your feelings fast.
