Is it ok to have pics of hot guys as a married woman?

I met "the one" at age 30. It was very obvious that he was the right guy. All up until 30, I had been single and kept pics of hot guys on my phone. Every now and then, it is part of my habit to take a peek once in a while. I've done this for so many years that its become a huge habit and a habit that is hard to drop. A habit that has existed for 10 years. I refuse to tell my significant other about this because I don't want unnecessary drama in the relationship. We want to get married next yr. We are moving in together within a few months.

do you think i should change my habits or maybe i can still get away with this by hiding it?

As long as you have no relationship to them whatsoever, in my opinion it's not a big deal.

My girlfriend loves Jason Mamoa. It doesn't bother me because she has no connection with him beyond seeing him in the movies. The same would be true for Henry Cavil or Robert Pattinson or whatever KPop guy she sometimes likes.

I would feel VERY differently if she was keeping pictures of someone she had any kind of real connection with, because in THAT case, she could be contacting him and engaging emotionally with him. That's the difference.

I enjoy looking at pretty women just as much as the next man, but I make no effort of any kind to get to know them in the real world. I may like how Scarlet Johannsson looks in that red dress from 20 years ago, but we're never going to meet or talk, so it's irrelevant. If I had a picture of a girl down the street, THAT would be a real problem - but I don't.

It's hard enough dealing with one woman at a time - I definitely don't need two!

If you want to continue to keep it a secret to avoid drama, look into using a hidden directory on your phone or using something like Google Drive with face ID required to open it. The respectful thing to do is change your habit especially if you plan on getting married and want a long lasting healthy relationship with him , otherwise your habit might add fire into your relationship and cause unwanted nonsense and conflict in it, especially if he finds out what you are doing behind his back , think how you would feel if you found out he was secretly doing the same thing as you with girls? Would you be happy about it or upset about it? It’s ok to to look at attractive people but not ok to act on it , especially when you are in a relationship, so you are best to start deleting all those pics before your partner assumes you are up to no good, because unfortunately that’s the first thing he will assume if he finds out what you are doing behind his back and he might dump you or divorce you over it. If you want love to continue to grow between you both, you are best to put out the fires that could ruin your relationship with him.

I'm not sure but I'm really kind of curious why you would have that or why would you want to feel something like that when you look or wait a minute maybe I get it I'm not sure if when you take a peek what you do well it's innocent enough I mean maybe you just want to feel something in that moment which you know we all want to do that

Definitely change your habits. Are you not attracted to your man? If you are attracted to him, why would you need other guys on your phone? That being said, we are human and will always find those of the opposite sex attractive, so it's fine to appreciate beauty, but having it saved on your phone is strange. Do you fantasize about them or something? Would you rather they have sex with you than your man?

It's likely best you not try and act like it's something you have to keep to hidden. Secrets have a way of eroding relationships over the years even if they seem small and insignificant at the time.

There is nothing wrong with a little eye candy. Look but do not touch and all that. It's a core principle in every successful relationship. The idea of becoming blind and having eyes for only one person simply because you're taken is a fallacy.
