We had a big fight and after they blocked me on discord but deleted me on somethings.. and is still following me on instagram and tiktok but removed my follow to them. We had been best friends for 6 years and this is the first time we had a block between us. It's been 5 days of no contact. I want to reach out with a no pressure message but I don't know if I should. Thanks!

Also I did apologize after the fight but I was blocked 4 hours later with nothing said.

You should just give it some time and reflect. There is a lack of context as to what this fight was about. I also question your age like another person mentioned. If you are 41 surely you have the life experience to know what to do. This isn't some huge quandary. If it were me I would just go on with my life and other friends and let the dust settle. If the person that you offended still doesn't want contact then this is a lesson to you. Although much of this is occurring online which leads me to believe that perhaps you need to be less active on the internet and more so in the real world.

If they blocked you, that’s a pretty strong boundary. Respect it for now. Don’t chase, don’t lovebomb, don’t spam from other accounts. Focus on your own life, hobbies, glow-up. If they unblock or reach out later, stay calm and talk once, honestly. If not, accept it as a painful red flag and move on.
