How do you push yourself to go out when you feel super lazy?

I can get very lazy and to feel like doing anything or going anywhere. It's one of those night that I am supposed to go to a meet up club I belong to where you can bring food. I'm considering whether I should just stay home, and not cook anything. But I need to get out of this slumpy mood.
