I'm not gonna be ridiculed like that by someone that claims to be close to me, so she'll no longer be close to me. I expect certain standards of treatment and I abide by them myself. that's belittling and disrespectful.
When there was disrespect going on, it meant we were in this somewhat muddy stage of a breakup that isn't official yet but soon to be. Which could have taken a couple of weeks or a few months
