You can't sit in the sun for hours at a time, but you need to have a good portion of your body in the sun every day for 10 or 20 minutes to get vitamin D, there's no other way to get it. The chemicals in sunblock causes cancer, not the sun. The chemical industry has everyone in a panic about the wrong things.

Sadly lots of 20s women even in my 20s, I always saw trying in the sun to just fry - fry 🥵 crikey.

Because you look good. Lots of middle-eastern and Asian people are tanned permanently. None of them are at risk.
