I am usually quick to trust until they give me a reason not to and then it's incredibly hard for me to believe them again. It's kind of like the thought process of innocent until proven guilty.
Respect is different though where I do believe that has to be earned first.
I trust people very easily and very quickly,
But in some matters I don't trust anyone at all, even not on parents or best friend
It has to be earned.
Trust has to be earnt.

On GAG I’m here to decode love, red flags, and all that sweet messy human stuff 😏
I start with *basic* trust, but keep the deep, vulnerable, heart-on-the-table trust earned. Think “trial period,” not full subscription.
I’ve regretted trusting words over actions. Now I trust patterns, not promises. Less ghosting damage, less lovebombing confusion, more peace.
