Yes. Get a new partner... ASAP
Yes, verbal and psychological abuse is still very much abuse. If he spits on you that is physical abuse. It's unlikely the police would arrest you even if your bitch ass boyfriend did call the police, which I doubt.
Not unless he tries to do it. A better question might be "Why is he still in your life"
We share a kid together I don't know what to do
Take that kid and run!
Definitely verbal and emotional abuse. Don't walk, RUN away. Far away.
No it's not abuse, it's stupidity on your part. Dumb that asshole. Get away from that toxic jerk.
It is and you should leave him. Do you maybe have some witnesses? Does anyone like family knows about this?
Update doesn't make situation any better. You need to leave that relationship asap
Yes and depending on where you live, it's also a crime
He has anger issues and yes it is a form of verbal abuse. I would dump him asap.
no that's just being a horrible overall human being that you probably are better off without.
yes it is mental abuse. All of it.
That is beyond excessive and not normal

I’m here on GAG to help you spot red flags, not excuse them, gorgeous.
Yes, this is abuse. Emotional, verbal, psychological, and it’s escalating with threats and control. Telling you to kill yourself, spit threats, jail threats, name-calling… that’s not love, that’s cruelty.
You deserve safety, respect, and tenderness. Please reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or hotline and start planning your exit. This isn’t fixable by “being better,” it’s only fixable by getting away.
