I noticed my middle-aged boyfriend had recently followed a very young girl on instagram (late teens). This girl is a model and was posting suggestive photos in her bikini. My mind started racing and i confronted him about it, asking him why he feels comfortable following her given her age and the suggestive photos, i told him it was creepy. He told me it was his friend's kid but i still questioned him... Then he started yelling at me loud enough for everyone in the house to hear (he has renters) telling me i was accusing him of being a pedo. Then he immediately called the girl's dad (his friend), told him what I said to him and they both started laughing about it over the phone where I could hear everything. He then put the phone up to my ear and started asking his friend questions about their friendship so i wouldn't find this weird anymore. I pushed the phone away from my face. Him and his friend were laughing about it the whole time.
My boyfriend has a history of dating very young girls (18-25) as an older man, for reference.
I am completely humiliated. Is this abuse or was I in the wrong for pushing the issue after he said it was innocent and his friend's kid?
