Is quiet confidence actually a good thing, or does it just get you overlooked?

so quiet confidence is the best kind, but let me ask you this... Did you ever grease a wheel that wasn't squeaky? The old saying, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. I'm not saying that they get the best attention, but if you're the quiet one, you get overlooked, plainly and simply, even if you're confident. The only way to get noticed is to speak up. Quiet confidence in relationships is easier for the other person because they don't have to bother with anything, less work. I call it like it is, no sugar coating here.
