How do people live without any type of love in their lives (doesn't have to be romantic)?

No spouse, no family, no kids. You travel alone, eat alone 90% of the time, nobody to celebrate Christmas or Thanksgiving with. Maybe you meet up with a group of friends to play drums once every two weeks, but other than that, you have no one. You don't love anyone. No one loves you. No meaningful relationships. how do people live these sort of lives where there is no meaningful connection with anyone? Parents are dead. You haven't seen your siblings in 10 years since they live far away.

It's difficult but I do it regardless it gets lonely but it's better to be alone than to get hurt by anyone
You don't have to deal with people being selfish self centered narcissistic assholes egomaniacs on a powertrip don't have to deal with abuse of any kind no one calling you names swearing or hollering at you no one making death threats on you no one betraying your trust or breaking your heart or keeping you up at night especially from a broken heart no one calling you every horrible name there is no one making up vicious lies about you
Both sides suck being lonely sucks but the flip side is just as bad

because there is no hope of happiness if you are too afraid to get near other people.
and there is nothing that will fill the void of having a meaningful relationship

They live with persistent, low-grade numbness. To survive the absence of affection, their human psyche builds thick defensive walls. People convince themselves that they "don't need anyone."

Love doesn't even have to be in form of romantic love. Merely having a child who loves you and they mean the world to you is enough. A life without love has no meaning

If you travel alone and do not meet all kinds of people and become friends with them, then the problem is on your end.

You can get on a cruise and have 40 new friends by the time you are done, and spend your holidays with them.

Go on a high-quality cruise, not one of the trashy ones where people are drunk all the time and someone gets murdered or falls overboard.

Wow. This one made me stop and reflect a little bit lol no but for real i still have both my parents (in their late 60’s now) with my brother and my mom living several states away, i’m 31, currently don’t have a partner and am childless. I do have my own home however that I got a mortgage on last year but so to answer your question I would imagine they just take it one day at a time because even they’re not exactly sure how they live without any type of love in their lives.

While I can’t say I've lived it for decades I would agree up to a point because if you want to have a chance at feeling fulfilled in my opinion, you would have to find other things in life that are fulfilling to you other than relationships.

I don't think any hobby or interest can replace a meaningful relationship with someone. Doesn't even have to be romantic love, it could be a chlid's love

Your right, it simply cannot unfortunately for some of us. Nothing can ever replace the love of a real relationship with another human being but you can do your best in things like making an impact on people somehow even if indirectly or creating a legacy.
