Was my ex-boyfriend’s invasive focus on my bathroom habits creepy?

There are two things I'm now questioning about my ex boyfriend.

- He stayed over my house for 2 days. He then asked me if he can ask me something personal. I told him to go ahead. He asked me when was the last time I did number 2 because he hasn't seen me taking my time in the bathroom, it never smells and there weren't any dirty toilet papers in the trash. He went on asking if I must be struggling from constipating and explaining how that's bad. I do have constipating but felt shocked by that level of observation.

On another different day (not far from the asking about number 2 incident), he asked me how to I wipe my bottom, from front to back or back to front and went on explaining the right way. I felt this was invasive. No one has ever gotten this personal about my bathroom habits. My parents don't even get that personal. They never asked me that either.

I ended up breaking up with him due to a combination of that and other bad habits. Sometimes I felt kind of suffocated, as if he was started to sound controlling. I hate when someone is so intrusive. I felt something was just not right. Was this creepy behavior?

Wtf? Well tbh i know of someone who's 30 who's fiance stuck his finger up her ass when she was constantly complaining about being constipated.
