She is hurt by you somehow and it's causing her to lose feelings for you. Because you hurt her she is skeptical that you love her. The last part is confusing but I think it literally means losing love is a slower process or more difficult than how easy it was to fall in love, but I don't know why that would be relevant. It's more likely she is trying to warn you that the love she is losing may be harder to get back than how easy it was to fall in love.
