My boyfriend has never been in a relationship before!! Help!

After months of hangin out, dancing, and going to school together I finally got my shy guy to ask me out. What I didn't know is he has never been in a relationship before, and he really shows it. I love the fact he is my boyfriend and am not afraid to show it but it seems like when we go out somewhere he doesn't seem to want to kiss me in public, just when he walks me to my door.. He never calls and always just texts me.. And it just seems like he really doesn't know how to be a good boyfriend, I'm willing to work with him because I really like him, But what should I do? Teach him how? What tips can you guys give me to teach him without controlling him? Anything would be helpful..

I got it down we can totally work this thing out he is really starting to break out of his shell ( I have a way of doing that to people) so thanks for the comments guys anything else yall have to say is greatly appreciated

Suggest things that you'd like him to do for/to you. Don't be pushy, you both know he hasn't done this before so just guide him. Don't make your suggestions in public or around friends though, it could embarrass him, instead do it privately. Just mention things/behavior you like and it will be his job to pick up on those things.

You said that he is shy. It could be just that.

I completely understand him not wanting to any PDA. You can throw it out there that you would like him to call and kiss you in public, and when or if he feels comfortable doing it, he probably will.

your right just today he broke out of his shell on that and kissed me in front of a huuugee group of people out of nowhere..
