u I live and work with my girlfriend. I take her out to lunch about three days per week, out to dinner at least once per week, pay for whatever she wants at the grocery store when we eat at home, and try to plan an outing every weekend so we are out, exercising and enjoying ourselves (like a long walk on the beach or in downtown Saint Augustine) or we go to a concert.
Maybe you aren't finding guys who are right for you, but we exist. . . and we are not all 67 years old! :) :) :)

How are things otherwise? For some guys, "going out" or "dates" is like shopping LOL. You love it and think it's fun, but he doesn't. He probably would just rather spend quality time with you, which doesn't mean you have to go out. But talk to him again, but in a calm and more serious way. Don't just say that you want to go out, but how you feel about it etc. The goal isn't to start a fight (again, stay calm, don't "point the figure" getting his defenses up, that's not the goal and will only start a fight), just talk to him about how you feel and what you want, letting him know this is becoming a serious "issue" in your relationship.
Many guys (myself included) leave it up to the woman to plan dates because you women are so picky. When we guys try to plan something, you almost always find something wrong with it. So, we guys make suggestions for an interesting date, and then you women plan it. Everyone winds that way.
Wait wait, but date is just for people to get to know each other closer, so then they can have sex if they connect.
