Why won't my boyfriend take pictures with me.?

So here's the deal. We're not friends on Facebook he says he has one picture of us on it but when I bring up the subject of maybe taking/putting more he says that one is better then nothing and that should be enough he's also mentioned before that he's not the type of guy to take pictures whatever. We've been dating for TWO years and have a child together. So what's the big deal of taking and posting pictures of us?

I think the bigger question is, why doesn't he have you -- his girlfriend -- added on Facebook? Did you guys mutually decide that you didn't want to add each other, or was this all him?

Is the problem that he won't take pictures with you in general, or that he just doesn't want to put them up on Facebook? If the former is true, then he's being insensitive to your wants. Taking a picture isn't that big of a deal, and if it would mean a lot to you, then he should just do it to make you happy. If the latter's true, then red flag...

Him not having you added and refusing to put pictures up of the two of you is concerning. It's like he's trying to hide the fact that he has a girlfriend.

That's what I thought. We were friends at one point in time but funny thing is when I could see his Facebook he hardly got on that much so I didn't see much of a point and deleted him. Now I catch him on it frequently. He says he has a picture of us on his page just one. But he gets defensive when I ask if he could put more on his page. And take them in general.

Maybe he doesn't like the way he looks in pictures. I know a few guys who are like that. And maybe he's just a bit more private, I mean he doesn't even have a Facebook. He probably doesn't feel like sharing his private life with some strangers that you're friends with on Facebook. And at least you do have one picture up, so it's not as if he has refused to put up any pictures at all.

He might not feel comfortable with having pictures takes of him. I also don't like people taking pictures of me. Even by my family at home. Maybe he's like that too. Feels insecure about his looks.
Try sitting down with him in a nice and calm setting and ask him why he's not comfortable with taking pictures with you. Is it something about how he looks, is it about how you look, something about you two being together, something else.

That's where the issue comes in talking. We can't talk about it he gets mad. Says he doesn't see it a big deal that we don't take pictures together. And he doesn't see it a big issue to put them on his page either. Now when he says this first thing I think is he's cheating or he wants to present himself as single. But he says he has a picture of us just one. And that I should be satisfied with that. So what's his deal?

I think its because he might not like the way he looks in pictures, thats why I dont take a whole lot of pics of myself. I guess you can ask him...
