Questions: Relationships

This is regarding my older sister. Her ex boyfriend came after a week after she broke up. Meanwhile it's sweet he came to his senses, came to apologize and propose, my sister is still hurt. He promised to have the wedding expedited within 2 months later.

She's wondering why he wouldn't propose all those 7 years into the relationship and why only after she left him. She's wondering how much longer would she have waited if she didn't break up. She also feels like this is a forced marriage where he'll end up resenting her. She's not done processing all this. She accepted it but isn't sure about proceeding with the wedding too soon and is still hurt. Do you think she should just let it go and follow through it (forgive and forget)? Girls if that was you and your ex boyfriend came back apologizing and proposing, would you accept it or not?

My boyfriend doesn’t agree with my moms way of thinking (my mom was persistent for my boyfriend to move in with us and sell his place), and if he doesn’t like or agree with something he’s very direct and blunt.
does this mean he dislikes my mom? Or is he just trying to correct her?

What it really was only kissing involved in the cheating (nothing else, just kissing) or an emotional affair where it's an emotional, romantic bonding. However, they never did anything physically sexual (no intercourse, no oral, no fingering, none of that) so therefore you don't have to worry about any STD.

Can that type of cheating be forgiven? We all know a full-blown affair and sex is obviously worse than kissing and romantic words. I'm wondering because some guy was forgiven for a drunken kiss. It was confirmed by others that it really was only a kiss.

He's been really distant and short lately, so I asked if there was someone else. (I have anxiety and bad past relationships) He said nope just you overthinking. But I can't help shake the feeling something is up.
