These are the 12 Laws of Leadership - Christian Style

1 - Do not assess people based on their appearance or charm but accurately view people based on their work ethic and character

2 - Do not hurt those who try to help and those who try to do the right thing even when they fumble and make errors

3 - Do not violate emotional boundaries by threatening their comfort or challenging their personal space

4 - Do not abuse the trust people have for you by taking advantage of their reliance on you for guidance and information

5 - Do not disrespect somebody or be mean to somebody simply because they do not share your religious beliefs

6 - Do not violate the privacy or personal self interest of those in authority over you

7 - Do not get into a relationship with a troublemaker purely for their looks or income or charm while failing to take into account their bad qualities

8 - Do not exploit people's emotions by failing to show others the same love they show you or by misusing their kindness for personal gain

9 - Do not disrespect those who are in authority over you or those with more experience than you

10 - Do not withhold knowledge and criticism from those who are honest and sincere enough to appreciate

11 - Do not oppress or belittle an innocent person just because they are not beautiful or rich

12 - Do not be depressing and unhopeful or counter productive or unnecessarily confrontational and cynical or pessimistic or negative about your life or about people or about your future or about God
