Why religious people often feel uncomfortable around others

I believe that an immature believer who has not yet learned humility cannot accept God’s law and will refute those who try to teach God’s law

I also believe that a biased spirit does not have the emotional or psychological capacity to contain God’s goodness and love, and will become enraged and corrupted by it when it is able to see or experience it.

Like my dad was angry at me for not caring about my social status because my dad is not able to conceptualize a form of dignity and self love that exists outside of social status. My cousin blamed me for condemning the classicism of my materialistic aunt because she had never known a form of love and respect that extends beyond the intellectual calculations of social standing and class. My parents condemn me hundreds of times each week for my manner and charm because they do not realize there is a love and civility that exceeds visual and sociological appeal.

I do not love my family because most of them do not respect me or care about my dignity and happiness. They feed me with only criticism and anger because they do not have the capacity to envision a form of love that exceeds the limitations of their social bias and possessiveness and and corrupted ethics and culturally dependent moral knowledge.

This is why a lot of believers have difficulty coexisting with other people - whether believer or non believer.

It may not always be easy to keep faith high, especially if you’re going through hard times. However, even though it may look like your family is not for you, doesn’t mean that God doesn’t see what you’re going through. From what we learned from the Bible, is that even though it may look like a hard time right now, a bigger blessing is waiting for you in the near future. Keep you faith up and pray, and God will pay you back in ways you have never imagined. Don’t be let down by the negative words or behavior from your family, don’t hate them for it. It may look like other people are incapable of containing Gods blessings, and they are not following the laws of God, but everyone is equipped with all the tools to succeed and be blessed, it’s just about using it and dedicate their lives to the Lord. Keep praying and I’ll believe you’ll see a sudden change for the better in the near future.

It's not our lot to wish for acceptance by society, whether close or not. We are to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. HIS commandment was, love one another as I have loved you.

Because we live in a world of biasness and people feel threaten and attack those who believe something that is opposite of what they believe. These days you can lose your job and your child follow not believing in something that oppose your core beliefs. Also you get harshly judged. So of course religious people will feel uncomfortable.

As do us non-believers. Both spectrums feel the exact same.

We “immature” believers feel exactly the same towards people such as yourself. Humans are tribal creatures, and we prefer to stick around groups that believe in the same things we do. It’s extremely difficult to coexist in a culture where one group believes they hold the superior position in life.
