Why liars are not rewarded in the long run

The bible says that though all evil doers prosper, they will be destroyed forever

And another part says though the wicked who are the Lord’s enemies are like the flowers of the field, they will be destroyed forever.

Now a wicked man is a false witness and an enemy is somebody who is not faithful or personally aligned to the moral values and teachings and responsibilities and dispositions of God.

I know Christians who trick people into praying for them by pretending to be good and hiding their flaws, and that is also how they trick people into befriending them, dating them, socializing with them, supporting them, or offering them job opportunities and career support.

But the bible says the gifts you gain through deception, even when they materialize into real gain like personal growth or marriage, that all your profit will be reversed and you will lose the things you gained by lying and dishonesty,

You might make friends by lying but they will not stay in your life, you might cheat people into praying for you, but you will return to the condition you were in before the prayers were uttered, lying only leads to short term gain.

like some being accounts for every lie told and weighs it against the truth n magicaly wer're delt retribution at some a future time... come on !


cause liars are absolutely rewarded over an over.. as their power over honest people comounds with every sucessful lie. the truth is only a popular opinion held by masses. too offen liar skip ahead pass go over and over as a perpetual get out of jail free card... honesty and truthfullness berden us with guilt and grief often making us question our own moral compass. as a convieniant lie is often easier for people to handle than a complicated truth...
and saying a thing not rewarded in the long run.. thats a debaitable senerio if i ever heard one.. the value or mean of a reward easily mean differant things to differant people... a long run is but a short drive to some people n running over someone an unfortunate accident. distortion of lies get conviuted over time decades later no one remembers or cares to remember the when where hows of a "Lie"told some time in the past. getting a way with lying.. is a reward in its self... and its safe to say getting away with a lie in the long run is ten times more rewarding to a liar.

Doesn't really help when the book you quote from is a work of fiction but sold as facts.
