A sign you should not ignore when praying for your husband or wife

I believe if you find a man that is good for you, that there will be no jealousy between you and any jealousy is a sign you have not found the right person. I know woman who endured tremendous jealousy while chasing their high profile Christian husbands and in the end, their husbands turned out to not be saved Heaven bound people.

If you truly find the right person, you will be so full of trust and selfless devotion to their happiness, you will never feel any jealousy at all over the other people they may be interested in or are actually dating, knowing in the end, they will be with you or you will find somebody better.

My old pastor told me when he was single he would have coffee with a new girl every week without committing to any of them and these girls were all trying to date him and his wife tried super hard to convince him to choose her over the other girls. Later I accused a man who worked for him of harassing me and he sided with the guy I accused who made up lies about me saying I was stalking him and sending him threats. The pastor went to my university and complained about me to all one hundred people in the different christian fellowships at school to warn them about me. Now I believe the pastor will go to hell because he slandered me to a hundred people, even though he believed everything he said.

Yikes. You have the possibility to encounter unethical people at every twist and turn of life.

@jennifer_bloom It's not our place to say who goes to heaven or hell. As a pastor, he should have known better than to slander like that. But as Christians, we should be reminded to be slow to anger and careful with our tongues.

It's a wonder seeing Christian couples still having a place for jealousy. Hasn't the love of Christ rid them of all unclean and negative thoughts and actions? 🤷🏻‍♂️

While I see where you’re coming from, sometimes insecurities are the cause of jealousy and unsureness. it’s not always the other person’s fault that their spouse is jealous. It could be past experiences or traumas even..
