God created man. I think evolution is real, but not with human beings. There is definitely some evolution involved though.

  @goaded I think because it didn't tag anybody in my original reply, it misled you to believe I was responding to the original when I was responding to the Adam and Eve comment. I 100% believe in evolution. I have read numerous textbooks on evolution, biology, genetics and etc. Of those you listed I have read: At the Water's Edge, Endless Forms Most Beautiful. 'Who We Are and How We Got Here: Ancient DNA and the New Science of the Human Past' by David Reich is another good one to check out.

  @Throwdownxxx I haven't read any of them. The last book I read specifically on evolution was The Selfish Gene. Have you read Other Minds: The Octopus, the Sea, and the Deep Origins of Consciousness? It's a fascinating look at how intelligence evolved in two completely different evolutionary branches (vertebrates and cephalopods really don't have much in common). Sorry, again, for misinterpreting your post.
