The protection of life and connection, bible talk

I find when I pursued God and tried to follow my spiritual goals or worked 40 hour weeks or served charities, I ran into the best people you could possibly imagine, pharmacy professors, Ivy leave medical students, humanitarians, masters of engineering guys, along with their dozens of engineering friends, hedge fund philanthropists who went on missions in third world countries.

When I began to slack off and take it easy, I ran into bitter college drop outs who made fun of me for not sleeping around, females who wanted to date me and repeated the idea after I said no, leeches who would ask 80 year old strangers for money at coffee shops, mentally ill guys who wanted me to die of cancer because I refused to date them after they gave me a ride home from church, psycho stalkers who wanted to kill me because I hurt their feelings and gossiped about them etc…

The fact is, by working or practicing charity or serving God’s honour, God protects your social life and guards you from wicked people.
